The innovative feature of the K+G Wetter machine is a con-struction principle, which ensures that mixer and grinder are com-pletely separated. Until recently, mixer shaft and transport screw have both been installed inside the feeding funnel. During mixing, the transport screw disturbs the process. So called dead spots oc-cur – areas inside the funnel that cannot be reached by the mixing arm. The new technology devel-oped by K+G Wetter ensures that the products are homogeneous-ly mixed and result in a uniform quality. Only after that, the mixed product leaves the machine through two large-dimensioned openings towards the grinder. Depending on the volume of the batches, this amounts to 15kg of “waste“, i.e. unmixed meat that used to be ground unfinished or added to a further mixing batch. Since there is no transport screw which hinders the mixing process, the meat is mixed more quickly and gently. This results in a high-quality and homogeneous final product. The mixing funnel is emp-tied quickly and completely. The transport screw has undergone a completely new design. Instead of a traditional one-way transport, the meat is fed from two sides. Dieses neue Bedien-konzept ist auf Produktsicherheit durch Protokollierung und Sprach-neutralität, d. h. frei von Textvor-gaben, ausgelegt. Eine besondere Visualisierungtechnik, basierend auf einer 3-D Bildtechnologie, erlaubt zudem die Kontrolle des Produktionsprozesses in Echtzeit. Als Grundlage dient ein 15´ Multi-touch Monitor. Dieser ist, wie alle momentan gängigen Multimedia- Geräte, im Format 16:9 ausgelegt. Die Bedienung ist an die mittler-weile weit verbreitete Multitouch- Gestik angepasst. So lassen sich Inotec Maschinen auf dieselbe Art und Weise bedienen, wie man es von Smartphones und Tablet-PCs kennt. Der Bediener wird dabei so geführt, dass er keine Fehlein-gaben machen kann. Das System lässt sich durch verschiedene Zu-griffslevel, die entsprechend der Qualifikation zugewiesen werden, vor Fehlbedienung schützen. Alle Eingaben die im System vorge-nommen werden, werden proto-kolliert. Durch die 3-D Darstellung der Maschine auf dem Bildschirm lassen sich Maschinenbauteile di-rekt aus dem Bild zur Parametrie-rung auswählen. KATEGORIE „VERARBEITUNGSMASCHINEN“ Neue Konstruktion – revolutionäres Ergebnis Mit dem U 200 mm hat K+G WETTER eine Weltneuheit im industriellen Mischwolfbereich entwickelt. Das Neue an der Ma-schine von K+G WETTER ist das Konstruktionsprinzip: Mischteil und Wolfsteil sind komplett von einander getrennt. Bisher lagen Mischwelle und Zubringerschne-cke zusammen im Füllguttrichter. Beim Mischen stört jedoch die Zubringerschnecke. Es entstehen so genannte „Toträume“, Stellen im Trichter, die die Mischpaddel nicht erreichen. Mit der neuen Technologie wird das gesamte Mischgut in einem Arbeitsgang zu einer homogenen Masse mit gleichmäßiger Qualität gemischt. This new type of control technology focu-ses on product safety ensured by means of process documentation and language neutrality i.e. without language preferences. A special technology based on 3-D-visuali-sation makes it possible to control production processes in real time. A 15‘‘ multi-touch screen serves as a basis for the control. Like all current multimedia devices, the display works on format 16:9. The control works on the basis of wide-ly used multi-touch devices.
