Mit dem Blick in die Zukunft Eine gute Planung ist die halbe Miete – wie gehen Sie an bestimmte Problem-stellungen heran? Wir betrachten, unabhängig davon, ob es sich um einen Neubau oder einen beste-henden Betrieb handelt, immer auch die Zukunft mit. Oft tragen die Kunden einen festen Gedanken, Bauaufgabe, an uns heran, wobei aber der Blick nach vorne nicht beachtet wird. Auch unter dem Ge-sichtspunkt „Betriebsblindheit“ werden Ideen intern bei den Kunden entwickelt, die aber vielleicht nicht richtig sind. Dies soll nicht negativ gedeutet werden, aber wir wissen, dass in gewachsenen Struk-turen die Gedanken ebenfalls gewach-sen bzw. vorgeprägt sind. Wir gehen zu-erst wertneutral an die Aufgaben heran und wollen nicht die Lösung von dem Kunden vorgegeben übernehmen. Wir untersuchen generell die Möglichkeiten der Umsetzung der Aufgabe. Oft können wir zur Freude des Kunden die Augen öffnen und den „Aha“-Effekt auslösen. Welche Faktoren spielen dabei eine wichtige Rolle? Der Betrieb sollte als Ganzer gesehen werden, um eine mögliche spätere Er-weiterung zu berücksichtigen. Viel zu oft werden heute noch Betriebe „verbaut“ und eine spätere Erweiterung ist nicht mehr oder nur sehr schwierig möglich. Aus diesem Grund suchen wir grund-sätzlich auch in dieser Beziehung das Gespräch mit dem Bauherrn. Eine wei-tere Kernaufgabe ist die Hygiene. Regardless of whether we deal with a new building or and existing plant, we always include the future in our considerations. Our customers frequently approach us with certain ideas and tasks without tak-ing future developments into consider-ation. Often our customers are stuck in rut when they develop new ideas that are actually not adequate for their needs. This isn‘t meant as a criticism. But we are aware of the internal structures that have formed the way our customers think. We approach a project unbiased and don‘t adopt the solution presented by our cust-omers as it stands. We always examine the possibility to realise the task at hand. Of-ten we are able to surprise our customers and trigger a light bulb moment. What are the most important aspects that have to be considered? We always look at a company in its entirety and consider the possibility of an expan-sion in the future. Still many premises are built in a way that makes it difficult or even impossible to extend a plant. That‘s why we always talk to the building owner about this issue. A further core task considers the aspect of hygiene. The basis for later hygiene conditions is already laid during the planning phase. This concerns for ex- ample proper separation in clean and un-clean areas, personnel routes in the build-ings, thought out material flows and waste disposal concepts. The selected materials and surfaces must be considered and an elaborate and functional drainage concept has to be designed. We also consider de-tails such as the location of the personnel canteen in order to ensure that no food is carried through the production area. Can you outline your services by reference to a current project? Currently we are planning a cutting plant for meat and fish products in Southern Germany. About 200 tonnes of food will be handled in this plant per day. The pro-duction is separated in fish, meat products from pigs and cattle as well as poultry. Intermediate cleaning between produc-tion processes is customary especially in the meat industry. This has amongst others the negative side effect of creating climatic conditions that cause the formati-on of water condensate, which drips down from horizontal surfaces for a long time Ein gut geplanter Produktionsbetrieb ist die Basis für eine erfolgreiche Zukunft.
